SUMMARY:CENTERING PRAYER WORKSHOP
DESCRIPTION:Contemplative Outreach North San Diego is hosting an introductory program on Centering Prayer via Zoom on Saturday\, September 11 from 9:30am to Noon. Four 90-minute follow up sessions will be held weekly\, at a time to be determined by the group. \nCentering Prayer is both a relationship with God and a discipline to foster that relationship. It is not meant to replace other forms of prayer but adds a depth of meaning to all prayer. Registration information is below and a flier is attached.
